With two decades of experience spanning engineering projects, corporate leadership and top-tier management consulting, Morkel is widely regarded as a dynamic, multi-talented professional who brings a rare blend of soft skills, analytical precision, creative insight and seemingly boundless energy to every engagement to every engagement. A qualified Industrial Engineer with an MBA (cum laude), he has led large, blended teams and delivered results in complex local and global projects across various industries in management consulting, supply chain and operations, project management, continuous improvement, and cost optimisation — delivering real impact across Africa’s most demanding sectors. Beyond the workplace, Morkel is a multi-award-winning wildlife photographer, a published creative, and a retired semi-professional musician — all of which sharpen his ability to see business challenges from fresh, unconventional angles. Known for applying whole brain thinking and unlocking overlooked opportunities, he’s the person you want when your business needs a clear-eyed, forward-thinking perspective. Morkel is passionate about helping businesses thrive in a fast-changing world — and about positioning Africa as a global commercial force in the decades ahead.
